Order and Payment information
Made to measure service
Premium Service - When you have made your
selection from the brochure, complete the order form and return
it to us by fax or post. We will check your figures for obvious
mistakes and then confirm your order and total price in writing
with an estimated despatch date. You will then be asked to confirm
in writing that you are happy to proceed and supply us with payment
details. A 25% deposit is payable at this point and your order will
go into production. The balance is payable when we contact you to
arrange delivery.
The measurements you supply should be the actual
size of the radiator (unless you wish to increase your measurements
to balance your room). We then add on the radiator clearances as
explained in the brochure and in our online measuring guide. This
gives the finished size of the cabinet so it is important that you
check for obstacles such as doors, window sills and allow for movement
around the radiator.
Please remember to measure in millimetres and
do not mix metric and imperial measurements.
Bespoke Service – This service is
currently only available in selected locations throughout the UK
mainland. Use our online postcode checker to confirm availability
of this service in your area or please telephone for details. When
you have made your selection from the Amber brochure, telephone
us and we will arrange to visit you with samples to confirm your
order and take measurements. A 25% deposit is payable at this time.
When your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient
time for delivery and installation. The balance is payable on delivery.
Premium and Bespoke Order Completion
We aim to complete your Made To Measure order within
four to six weeks. However, this may take longer when demand is
higher than normal at certain times of the year. If you are working
to a specific time scale we will always try to meet your requirements.
