Returns And Damages information beyond our terms & conditions
We hope you will be delighted with your Amber products. But you do have the right to return items that are faulty or not to your liking.
Please note we can not accept items for return or refund which have been damaged after the delivery or if the items are Custom or Bespoke to your requirements like our Made To Measure radiator covers or Ready Made Radiator covers with specific adjustments or grille screening panels which have been cut to size this makes them individually specific to your needs.
However it is important to follow these simple steps:
- Notify us in writing, email or phone within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
- Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us to the address at the bottom of this page.
- Return the goods to us intact and in their original packaging and condition & not been assembled.
- If the product is damaged, please report this immediately as we are able to replace the damaged part free of charge or if the damage is extensive we will manufacture you a new item.
- If you wish to return products that you decide are ‘unsuitable’ please contact us as above, please get proof of posting and check insurance of goods for the return journey. We will help you to arrange this at your request.
- If you are returning goods due to our error we will arrange collection at our cost.
- We cannot accept any liability for damage to your radiator cover once it has been assembled by you.
- If you have purchased a ready made radiator cover and you have ordered the wrong size or design or finish or a screening panel, then could you please return the goods to us intact and in their original packaging and condition. Please get proof of posting and check insurance of goods for the return journey as it may get damaged and we will not refund until any insurance claim has been settled , there will also be a re stocking charge of 15%.
- Please note that any of our radiator covers to which optional features have been added are classed as customised products and therefore are not refundable for re-sale & Refund as they are customised to your specific needs please read the necessary information on our website or contact us before ordering to be totally clear before hand, we will be happy to help.
- If any part of the product is damaged during delivery, we will replace the damaged part free of charge.
