Here at Amber radiator covers we want our products and customer service to exceed your expectations. To help ensure this please read the following information. Amber’s flat packed products are DIY kits of parts that allow you to quickly produce a very professional piece of furniture with limited tools and easy to follow instructions. We aim to help you get a premium quality product without employing a joinery company and skilled trades men and an installation team. These are not finished furniture items and you do require a level of practical common sense to assemble, fit and paint them.

Please read all the details and information so you are fully aware of what you are ordering and what you can expect to arrive as the made to measure furniture we manufacture is tailor made to your requirements and it is not a resalable item, if you need any specific information please contact us for reassurance before hand.

Measurements for made to measure

Please take great care when measuring up, there is a detailed guide to show the measurements we need for your radiator covers and the necessary allowances to maintain your radiators optimum performance  measure guide  if you are unsure then please contact us and we will do our best to help. Once orders go into production, mistakes can only be rectified by remaking parts and throwing the incorrect pieces away at our cost. Radiator cover clearances should only be reduced with careful consideration and we are not responsible if you alter these without our knowledge. Avoid reducing the height clearance as this will impair performance and the fixing’s procedure to attach the radiator cover to the wall.

Orders placed on the website are collected by our team and all the dimensions are manually  added at the nearest available working day, if amendments are required then please contact us at the earliest opportunity to avoid a charge?  and a confirmation email will be sent out to you.

Order errors

Once we receive your order and it has been processed and manufacture has begun we will not be able to make amendments for error by your self without a charge, this will depend upon the time and materials to replace what requires changing, so please check your confirmation carefully and contact us asap if you need an amendment. If we make a mistake we will replace items free of charge. However, if you find you have made a mistake on delivery we will advise you on how to solve it and will also manufacture replacement parts as quickly as possible but we may  ask you to pay a cost depending on what is involved.

Payment

Here at Amber our preferred terms of business are online credit card payment at time of order, our payment system uses PayPal as a merchant terminal and we can also use PayPal to forward invoices if you wish to pay in this way. The address entered in the online order should be the cardholders address and if an alternative address for delivery etc is required add this at the basket checkout process. We can also accept payment from ‘Cheques’ posted in to our address or credit card details over the phone we also accept Bank Transfer and we can forward our details on request. Please make cheques payable to ‘Amber Yorkshire Limited’ Company registration Number 07357957 trading as ‘Amber radiator covers’.

Cancellation

Once we have entered all your manufacturing details we may have begun the manufacture process so please contact us asap, if we have not begun the manufacture process (usually a working day or two) then we can cancel the order with no charge. If we have begun to manufacture unfortunately, parts made which are no longer required cannot be reused and can only be destroyed at our cost.

We may offer a quantity discount depending on the quantities and time frames, please enquire for more details.
